Q: Is there a demo of AND Phone Group?
A: Yes, you can evaluate AND Phone Group. Please let us know about your requirements and we would be happy to give you trial licenses.
Q: What information do we need to order?
A: Whenever you order a system we need to know how many phones are using the AND Phone Group services. Be aware that there are Group licenses and Group MA licenses. Group MA referes to manager phones only and offer additional services like logon/logoff for associated assistants, VIP lists, one-button redirect.

Q: Does AND Phone Group work with CallManager?
A: Yes, AND Phone Group is working with the CallManager IP PBX in the versions 4.x and 5.x.
Q: How many manager/assistants can be created?
A: The number of manager/assistant combinations is not limited. You can have multiple managers per assistant and vice versa. If you need multiple combinations on one phone it is possible to create multip groups and switch between them like required.
Q: What is the difference between AND Phone Group and AND Phone Group MA?
A: AND Phone Group MA is an extension of AND Phone Group especially for managers. Group MA handles managers using a RoutePoint, thus offering much better controlling options and delivering services like VIP list, logon/logoff for associated assistants, high scalability, easy deployment and simplified configuration.
