| Personal Directory with AND Phone Directory
AND Phone Directory enables you to create personal directories for your telephony users. Integrating personal directories delivers users the option to enter their contacts directly on the IP phone or by using a web browser. These contacts are available afterwards on the IP phone, in the web browser and in AND Desktop as well. All contacts are centrally stored and have full support of Extension Mobility which allows users to take their personal directories with them to different phones.
An additional benefit of personal directories is their integration with other AND Phone services. Therefore it is possible to restrict access to personal directories whenever a person is not logged in on an IP phone.
By using our flexible AND Phone Directory architecture the field definitions of personal directories are completely up to your definitions. You can define whatever fields you want to have in your corporate personal directories.
Backups of personal directories can be easily done by using our export functionality to have all personal directories archived in the case some contacts are lost.
